Scope | Completing, commissioning & final operation of existing fire & gas detection alarm system. General descriptions of existing systems:- i. Capacity:- ( 425 Detectors & 85 Alarms ) = ( 216 Gas D. , 63 Smoke D. , 54 Flame D. , 40 Heat D. , & 52 manual alarm ) , ( 36 light alarm & 49 sound alarm ), all Detectors & Alarms distributed onto 16 loops ( L1 – L16 ), each loop provides the connection between the main panel of system( installed in main control room ) & many devices ( Detectors or Alarms ) by 2 wire copper cable throughout some interfaces like I/P & O/P Modules, IIG4, J.Boxes … etc, the QTY of loops ( or the QTY of Detectors & Alarms) in each production unit depends on the dimensions of these unit, each unit may be includes one loop or more ( Note :-The Maximum Capacity for one loop are 99 devices ). ii. All devices ( Det. & ALM. ) can be classified to two types: 1st type is called addressable devices, they can be connected to the bus loop directly, 2nd type is called not addressable devices, they can be connected to the bus loop by interfaces (I/P , O/P Modules & IIG4 ). iii. There are four computers for monitoring and programming have been installed in different buildings ( 1st : Engineering building, 2nd : Fire Station , 3rd & 4th : main control room, the Ethernet Edge Switch ( EES) connects all four computers as a network and one of them ( 3rd ) connected to the main panel of system( installed in main control room ) by serial cable and 4th computer connected to selector switch as back up computer and by special software we can select which one of 3rd & 4th will be considered as main, 1st & 2nd computer are connected to the EES via optical Fiber Cable. iv. We have complete drawings, diagrams & catalogues of wiring, distribution of devices … etc. v. Modules:- - Main Fire Alarm Control panel: AM - 6000. - G. D.:- MSA Ultima XIR (USA origin) - FL. D., S. D., H.D. are manufactured by. - I/P interfaces: M710E & M720E, single & dual inputs - O/P interfaces: - M701E & M721E, single & dual outputs List of conditions and requirements should be provided:- 1- To complete Communications between 4 computers and AM6000 (main control panel) & the network between them ( you can use the existing optical fiber cable or another way if not working, and all their accessories ( providing, installation & programming ) should be completed 2- To Complete Loop Check for all 16 loops and their devices ( all Detectors & Alarms ) include J.Boxes, terminations, wirings, polarity, programming, set points, configurations, calibrations with all necessary tester and calibrator tools ( should be provided ). 3- Check & Complete for power supply, batteries and battery charger and all their accessories like fuses, circuit breakers, switches, cables . 4- Throughout and after the works, all fault cards or devices or cables and any components of the system should be fixed or replaced with complete providing, installation, programming, calibration ….etc . 5- The final operation and commissioning of the system must be completed with total capacity and perfect performance without any problem like wrong alarm, fault alarm..etc, (providing, installation, testing, calibration & programming. 6- Training course at least for 2 weeks, 6 persons on installation, testing, calibration, maintenance, Opt Fib. Applications & programming outside of Iraq. 7- Guarantee for 6 months after complete operation date. 8- Site survey: You can visit our site to view and cover the system before submit the offer. 9- Optical Fiber Tester & Fault Locater. 10- Communication cable armored or flexible Tester & Fault Locater. 11- Tool for compress optical connector on Opt. Fib. Cable 12- Splicing tool for joining Opt. Fib. Cable. 13- Opt. interface card for 1st & 2nd computers 14- Ethernet Edge Switch 4 ports (2- optical port and 2- RJ45 port) 15- Suitable connectors for Opt. Fib. Cable (12 cores). 16- Calibrator device for Gas Det. and all accessories (portable). 17- Tester device for Flame Det. and all accessories (portable). 18- Smoke bottles to calibrate and test smoke det. 19- Gas bottles to calibrate and test Gas det. (Ethan, Methane, propane, butane). 20- 12 VDC / 40 AH Batteries for loops power (38 on line & 12 spare) 21- 10% Spare part for any important device like (detectors, power supply and Electronic cards for main Panel). |
