Scope The company invites global tenders for the supply of the following items:-

* Item 001 Qty=2, 8 inches (203.20 mm) OD, bi-directional, double acting, hydraulic drilling jar, suitable for use in both vertical and highly deviated wells, along with accessories, as per the following minimum specifications: quantity: 02 (two) numbers

- The General Requirements are as follows:-
i) The Drilling Jar shall be bi-directional, double acting type and completely hydraulically operated (both up and down stroke).
ii) The Drilling Jar shall be easy to operate for inducing the jarring blows ranging from light impact to high impact.
iii) It shall consist of hydraulic time delay mechanism for controlling the stroke.
iv) The jar should have long free stroke for maximum jar impact.
v) It shall transmit torque in both directions.
vi) All internal component / impact surfaces shall be completely enclosed in the hydraulic chamber.
vii) All high pressure seals and shoulders shall be completely isolated from down hole material/environment.
viii) The box connections of the Jar shall have bore back and the pin connections shall have API stress relief groove, cold rolled thread roots, phosphatised connection, tested ultrasonically and provided with steel lifting bail type thread protectors on both ends. ix) NDT should be carried out where ever applicable.
x) The Drilling Jar shall be manufactured of high alloy steel like chromium-molybdenum alloy steel / AISI 4145 or equivalent and with proper heat treatment.
xi) The Drilling Jar shall be suitably designed to withstand hostile drilling conditions and operate efficiently at deeper depths.

- The Specifications are as follows:
i) Outside Diameter: 8 inches (203.20 mm).
ii) Inside Diameter: Minimum 3 inches (76.20mm).
iii) Up Stroke: Minimum 6 inches (152.40mm).
iv) Down Stroke: Minimum 6 inches (152.40mm).
v) Up / Down Jarring Load: Minimum 300,000 Lbs.
vi) Tensile Yield: Minimum 1,300,000 Lbs.
vii) Torsional Yield: Minimum 90,000 Ft-Lbs.
viii) Thread connection of Box Up: 6.5/8 inches API REG.
ix) Thread connection of Pin Down: 6.5/8 inches API REG.
x) Length Range: Minimum 30ft (9.14m) to Maximum 33ft (10.06 m).
xi) Bottom Hole Temperature: Minimum 176.67 Degree Centigrade (350 Degree Fahrenheit).

- The Accessories are as follows:
i) Lifting Sub with each Jars for enabling handling with 5 inches taper shouldered drill pipe elevator and with the following specifications:
a) Tool joint connection of pin (down): 6.5/8 inches API Reg.
b) Lifting sub body OD: 5 Inches (127.00mm).
c) Shoulder of lifting sub top: Taper shouldered.
d) Length of sub: Around 3 feet.
e) Thread protectors (Pressed or Cast steel): 1no with each sub.

* Item 002 Qty= 3, 6.1/2 Inches (165.10 Mm) OD, bi-directional, double acting, hydraulic drilling jar, suitable for use in both vertical and highly deviated wells, along with accessories, as per the following minimum specifications:

- The General Requirements are as follows:-
i) The Drilling Jar shall be bi-directional, double acting type and completely hydraulically operated (both up and down stroke).
ii) The Drilling Jar shall be easy to operate for inducing the jarring blows ranging from light impact to high impact.

v) Up / Down Jarring Load: Minimum 160,000 Lbs.
vi) Tensile Yield: Minimum 800,000 Lbs.
vii) Torsional Yield: Minimum 50,000 Ft-Lbs.
viii) Thread connection of Box Up: 4.1/2 inches API IF.
ix) Thread connection of Pin Down: 4.1/2 inches API IF.
x) Length Range: Minimum 30ft (9.14m) to Maximum 33ft (10.06 m).
xi) Bottom Hole Temperature: Minimum 176.67 Degree Centigrade (350 Degree Fahrenheit).

- The Accessories are as follows:
i) Lifting Sub with each Jars for enabling handling with 5 inches taper shouldered drill pipe elevator and with the following specifications:
a) Tool joint connection of pin (down): 4.1/2 Inches API IF.
b) OD of lifting sub body: 5 Inches (127.00mm).
c) Shoulder of lifting sub top: Taper shouldered.

e) Thread protectors (Pressed or Cast steel): 1 No with each sub.
