Trans Energy and JV Partner Republic Energy hold interests 12,367 gross acres of leased and owned minerals in Marshall County, 28,659 gross acres of leased in Wetzel County and 20,302 gross acres of leased in Tyler and Marion Counties, West Virginia. Trans Energy drilled wells in Wetzel country as the following, Hart #28H, Dewhurst #73, Dewhurst #110H, Dewhurst #111H, Anderson #5H and Anderson #7H wells. In Marion country, the company drilled Blackshere #101 well.

In Marshall country, the company drilled Whipkey #2H, Whipkey #1H, Whipkey #3H, Lucey 2H, Goshorn 1H, Goshorn 2H, Doman #1H and Doman #2H wells.

Trans Energy drilled four additional horizontal Marcellus wells in Marshall County in 2010 as the following, the Stout #2H, Groves #1H, Keaton #1H and Lucey 1H wells. Moving to a development phase from an exploration phase to develop its acreage position in northern West Virginia.
