Nispana is proud to host the 2nd Annual Waste Management Summit for the Sultanate of Oman and this two day summit will focus on the Sultanate’s vision for progressive waste management and will cover all the initiatives that are being taken by the government and private bodies to make the Sultanate a beautiful waste free country. The general public of any country play a very vital role in shaping the future of the country and Oman has very rightly involved every individual in this endeavor.
The high rate of population growth, urbanization, migration, industrial growth and economic expansion has led to tremendous increase in solid waste generation in the region. Several investments are being made by the government and the private players to combat the issue of Waste Management. This upcoming summit will see International and National experts share their views and best practices on waste management and waste handling techniques as well as the role of technology in effectively disposing of waste. The principle of REDUCE - REUSE - RECYCLE is the need of the hour.
