Notice under Section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 of the grant of an electricity supply licence
The Gas and Electricity Markets Authority (“the Authority”) hereby gives notice pursuant to section 6A(5) of the Electricity Act 1989 (“the Act”) that on 8 May 2024 an electricity supply licence was granted under section 6(1)(d) of the Act to UC Energy Ltd (company number 10972017) whose registered office is situated at Unit 7 & 9 Enterprise House, Lloyd Street North, Manchester Science Park, Manchester, M15 6SE, United Kingdom, authorising it to supply electricity to any non-domestic premises in the area specified in Schedule 1 (below).
