i3 Energy PLC, an independent oil and gas company with assets and operations in the UK and Canada, announces that the following information is being disclosed pursuant to Rule 17 and Schedule 2, Paragraph (G) of the AIM Rules for Companies.
Linda Beal, Non-Executive Director of i3 Energy, was appointed as a director of Airnow PLC ("Airnow") on 13 April 2021 and resigned on 6 November 2022. On 9 October 2023, Airnow shareholders approved Airnow entering a CVA. To date all CVA obligations have been met.
