AMSC ASA has today purchased 980,000 shares in Solstad Maritime Holding AS ("SMH") at a price of NOK 21.00 per share.
Following the transaction, AMSC ASA owns a total of 91,422,601 shares in SMH.
The shares in SMH are linked to the shares in Solstad Offshore ASA ("SOFF"), cf. the Market Abuse Regulation article 19.
AMSC ASA is a person closely associated with SOFF's board member Frank Ove Reite. Frank Ove Reite also owns 356,509 shares in SOFF and 356,509 shares in SMH, through Fausken Invest AS.
