Aku Väliaho, CFO, has decided to leave NYAB to assume a position outside the Group. Väliaho has been a member of NYAB’s Executive Management Team since January 2022, and he will continue in his role until the end of January 2025. NYAB has started a process to recruit a new CFO for the Company.

“I am grateful towards Aku for his significant contribution to NYAB. He has had a vital role in building today’s NYAB by managing our milestone processes such as the reverse acquisition and merger of NYAB and Skarta, transferring our financial reporting to IFRS, successful re-domiciliation to Sweden, and listing transfer to Nasdaq First North Premier. Hence, his work has set NYAB up for continuous profitable growth. Aku truly leaves a significantly more robust and developed company. We wish him all the best for the future”, says Johan Larsson, CEO of NYAB.

“The past three years has been an eventful growth journey, where we have achieved a lot together as a team. NYAB is now well positioned to capture future growth opportunities, and I want to thank all the people I have worked with during this time and wish them best of luck for the future.”, says Aku Väliaho, CFO of NYAB.
