Following the above transaction, the Company holds 8,660,932 of its Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 582,160,253 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
The total number of voting rights in the Company 582,160,253 which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their major interest or a change to their major interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
