("Volt Carbon" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that in accordance with the Company's stock option plan, Volt Carbon has granted options to purchase up to 6,250,000 common shares of the Company to existing employees and consultants of the Company effective April 01, 2025. All options granted have an exercise price of $0.02 and expire on April 01, 2030.
