CB&I Awarded $90m Contract to Overhaul Oil Storage Tanks in UAE

CB&I has signed a contract for nearly $90 million with Abu Dhabi Marine Operating Co. (ADMA-OPCO) to conduct a major overhaul of five crude oil storage tanks on Das Island, the site of ADMA-OPCO's main industrial base in the United Arab Emirates.

"CB&I's comprehensive capabilities and experience in designing and constructing storage tanks has made us an industry leader for more than 100 years," said Luke Scorsone, President of CB&I's Fabrication Services operating group. "It also gives us the know-how to successfully and safely execute tank overhaul projects such as this one for ADMA-OPCO."
