Suretank, the world's leading provider of engineered solutions to the offshore oil and gas industry, has launched a better designed and lower cost standard offshore cargo carrying unit (CCU) product range.

Gordon Murray, Group Engineering Manager at Suretank, explained: “The new and improved standard units have been engineered following a complete review and redesign of Suretank's standard CCU range. The new units comply with all the latest regulatory requirements and type approvals including CSC for ease of transportation which is important for all our customers.”

The new Suretank standard CCU product catalogue is available on request and features all the latest units.

Philip Murphy, Director of Customer Care at Suretank, said: "Following extensive market research and a customer needs analysis we have redesigned many of our standard CCU's to deliver more modern, cost effective and efficient units. Many of which can be delivered within very short lead times.

"The new product range specifically meets the current needs of our customers and our market. Suretank is renowned for its engineering expertise and our skill is developing unique solutions for customers. However, given the current market conditions more and more customers are demanding to buy smarter designs at lower costs."

Philip continued: "Suretank manufactures an extensive range of CCUs for the offshore oil and gas market, including chemical, acid and cryogenic tanks, nitrogen pumps, hydraulic power packs, diesel engines and coil tubing equipment. We operate in a competitive global market and have undertaken this recent review to ensure our products stay at the forefront of the field."
