In a decree from Bijan Alipour - Managing Director of National Iranian South Oilfields Company, Ebrahim Piramoun was appointed as Managing Director of Aghajari Oil & Gas Producing Company.
Replacing Mohammad Bavarsad, who has recently retired, Piramoun used to serve as Managing Director of Masjed Soleyman Oil & Gas Producing Company in his previous post.
As a NISOC subsidiary, Aghajari Oil and Gas Producing Company produces crude and gas from the 7 fields of Aghajari, Karanj, Parsi, Ramshir, Pazanan, Rag-Sefid and a section of Maroun Field located in the southeast of Khuzestan province.
