The first pile was installed in the foundation of the planned railroad bridge across the Bolshaya Pyora River (Svobodnensky District) to be used for delivering cargo to the Amur gas processing plant (GPP).
The bridge across the Bolshaya Pyora River will serve as a crucial part of the railway line connecting the Amur GPP and the Trans-Baikal Railway. The bridge will be 252 meters long, with eight piers and seven spans.
Construction is underway for other components of the railroad infrastructure: non-public railway tracks with a total length of 45 kilometers, two railroad stations (Zavodskaya and Zavodskaya-2), and an overpass across the Blagoveshchensk – Svobodny motor road.
The construction process involves unique technical solutions. Specifically, the upper part of the overpass will be removable to allow for transporting large equipment for the Amur GPP via the motor road.
The railroad infrastructure is being built with the help of 225 workers and 104 units of equipment.
