SOCAR paid AZN 139 million 586 thousand to the State Budget for May of the current year that is AZN 21 million 780 thousand (118,5%) more than the same period of 2016. In general, for January-May 2017, SOCAR transferred AZN 669 million 888 thousand (AZN 107 million 107 thousand or 119% more than the same period of 2016) to the State Budget.
Besides, the Company’s payment to the State Social Protection Fund amounted AZN 12 million 945 thousand in May that is AZN 694 thousand (105,7%) more than the payments for the same term in 2016. As a whole, the January-May payments to State Social Protection Fund totalled AZN 62 million 460 thousand (AZN 5 million 101 thousand or 108,9% more than the same period of 2016).
