Solstad Announces Sale of Vessel

Progress Offshore Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA, has sold the AHTS Normand Progress. Delivery of the vessel to the new owner took place today August 3rd, 2021. The sale of the vessel will result in an immaterial accounting effect for Q3 2021.
