Sale of Vessel

Farstad Supply AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Solstad Offshore ASA, has sold the CSV Far Saga. Delivery of the vessel to the new owner took place November 8th, 2021. The sale of the vessel will result in a minor gain in Q4 2021.
