In line with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, IGas announces that as at today's date, the issued share capital is 125,495,505; the number of deferred shares are 303,305,534. The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury.
The total number of voting rights in IGas is 125,495,505 Ordinary Shares, which should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in IGas under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
