Sinopec signed a framework agreement with Yanchang Petroleum Group. Yu Baocai, deputy general manager of the group company and president of the joint-stock company, and Lan Jianwen, secretary of the party committee and chairman of Yanchang Petroleum Group, attended and delivered speeches.
Zhang Kaiyong, general manager of Yanchang Petroleum Group, presided over the meeting. Liu Hongbin, senior vice president of the joint-stock company, and Wang Xiangzeng, deputy general manager of Yanchang Petroleum Group, signed the agreement on behalf of both parties.
Yu Baocai said that Sinopec and Yanchang Petroleum Group have long-term close cooperation in the fields of engineering technology and product sales. The signing of the agreement is a practical action and concrete measure to implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions to inspect Shengli Oilfield, marking a new page in win-win cooperation between the two parties. He hoped to further strengthen communication and deepen cooperation, jointly promote the high-quality development of Shaanxi's oil and gas industry, and jointly shoulder the political responsibility of ensuring national energy security.
Lan Jianwen said that he thanked Sinopec for its support for the development of Yanchang Petroleum Group over the years. It is hoped that the two sides will give full play to their advantages in technology and resources, and jointly carry out in-depth cooperation in the whole chain of oil and gas production, refining and sales, technological innovation, and engineering construction, so as to promote the coordinated development of the industrial chain and supply chain, and make greater contributions to ensuring national energy security.
