Kojamo Completes Issue of its EUR 300M Green Bond under its EMTN Program

Kojamo plc has completed the issue of EUR 300 million senior unsecured green bond (the “Notes”) under its EMTN programme. The maturity of the euro-denominated Notes is 4 years, and the maturity date is 31 March 2026. The Notes carry a fixed annual coupon of 2.000 per cent.

The Notes are issued under Kojamo plc’s EUR 2,500,000,000 EMTN programme Base Prospectus dated 16 March 2022. The Notes have been admitted to the official list of Euronext Dublin and to trading on its regulated market. This is the second green bond issued by the company.

The proceeds of the issuance of the Notes will be used by Kojamo plc for the financing or refinancing investments that promote energy efficiency of buildings in accordance with the company’s Green Finance Framework (the “Framework”).

Danske Bank A/S, Deutsche Bank AG, OP Corporate Bank plc and Swedbank AB (publ) acted as joint lead managers.
