Reference is made to the stock exchange notice published by Cloudberry Clean Energy ASA ("Cloudberry" or the "Company") on 23 September 2022 regarding the successful completion of a private placement of which 4,639,148 new shares were delivered in a separate tranche which would not be listed on Oslo Stock Exchange until publication by the Company of a listing prospectus.
The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway (the "NFSA") has approved a prospectus relating to the listing of 4,639,148 shares on Oslo Stock Exchange.

The prospectus has been prepared for the purpose of listing new shares only. Consequently, no securities are being offered under the prospectus.
