Training provider AIS Survivex will train Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy’s UK workforce, following a three-year agreement announced March 30.

The 3t Energy Group subsidiary will cover the full suite of Global Wind Organisation (GWO) courses.

AIS Survivex said that winning the contract was “fantastic news” and testament to its global reputation in wind training, “which includes high GWO feedback scores, glowing internal surveys and overwhelmingly positive delegate comments.”

Mandatory training for the wind industry includes safety and technical training in areas such as offshore survival and working at height.
