JUWI Shizen Energy Operation Inc. (JSEO) *1 celebrates its 10th anniversary on May 23, 2023.

In conjunction with this, JSEO has rebranded its corporate logo to more clearly express the services it provides as a group of professionals serving the needs necessary for high quality renewable energy power plant operation and maintenance (O&M).

JSEO was established in May 2013 as a joint venture between Shizen Energy Inc. (Shizen Energy), which develops businesses related to renewable energy power plants in Japan and internationally, and JUWI AG (JUWI) of Germany, one of the world’s leading wind and solar development and EPC (engineering, procurement, and construction) companies, to provide world-standard O&M in Japan.

Currently, the company’s cumulative O&M contracts in Japan total 932.5 MW (as of March 2023).

While continuing to build on the strengths of this joint venture between Shizen Energy and JUWI, the new corporate logo has been updated to demonstrate the unique expertise JSEO has developed over the years and to make the company more recognizable to its clients as O&M professionals.

Based on the Shizen Energy Group’s purpose to “take action for the blue planet,” the center of the “E” is the blue Earth. The Earth is intentionally not a map of continents, but expresses the global connection of the issue of decarbonization.

The “E” also stands for “Everyone” and represents all of JSEO’s stakeholders, including customers, the local community, and employees.

Over the past 10 years, the power plants managed by JSEO have produced approximately 440 million kWh of renewable energy, and we believe that we have made a significant contribution to Japan’s renewable energy industry. JSEO will continue to take on great challenges.”

“It is a great achievement for us to have built such a professional team over the past ten years. We will continue to improve and develop to become an even better service provider.”

JSEO will continue to pursue high quality O&M services that support the stable long-term operation of renewable energy power plants in order to “take action for the blue planet.”
