Rejlers has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Solvina AB, a leading consultancy company in the electric power industry with extensive expertise and experience in electric and nuclear power. The acquisition is part of Rejlers’ growth strategy and strengthens the company’s position in the booming technology consulting market in the energy sector.

Solvina was founded in 1997, has 25 employees, and is located in Gothenburg. It has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 35 million, with good profitability. The company’s core business areas are electric power engineering, automatic control, and engineering management. Its customers include both Swedish and international energy companies, industrial companies, grid owners, and plant owners. Solvina’s services comprise investigations, analyses, testing, training, and advice aimed at improving customers’ facilities and operations.

The acquisition of Solvina helps strengthen Rejlers’ position in the energy sector by offering expertise and specialist knowledge in electric power and plant function, especially in the growing field of nuclear power.

“Through the acquisition of Solvina, we’re expanding our already impressive array of offerings. Solvina's solid experience with power generation and nuclear power expertise will allow us to concentrate and develop our offerings in an area that is expected to grow significantly in the coming years. Our goal is to build on our good relationships and work together to develop Solvina’s current expertise and business, where we see that our strengths complement each other well,” says Sara Kimell, Head of Division, Energy, Rejlers Sweden.

“With Rejlers as the owner of Solvina, we have an exciting new chapter ahead of us. Together, we can accelerate the energy transition, not only in terms of facilitating the generation of fossil-free and flexible electricity, but for the entire energy side. We look forward to teaming up with Rejlers to make a bigger difference,” says Peter Dahlström, Chairman of Solvina’s Board of Directors.

Solvina will be part of Rejlers’ Energy Division, where it will constitute its own business area. The company will be consolidated as of 2 April 2024.
