Scope of Work:
TOTAL Exploration and Production Nigeria Limited (TEPNG) invites interested and reputable contractors with suitable equipment and relevant experience to apply for pre-qualification for consideration to tender for the provision of the FPSO Maintenance Contract for the OML 138 Usan deepwater development project. Only wholly indigenous companies or companies with majority Nigerian shareholding in its ownership structure are allowed for this pre-qualification.
Contractor should be able to provide Maintenance Services for the operation of the OML138 Usan FPSO. These services consist in supplying specialists, technical and intervention personnel, procedures, tools, consumables and management, and preparing, executing, managing and reporting the Maintenance Activities (including routine, non-routine, corresponding repair works, spare parts stock management and CMMS data entry) for the whole FPSO and Offshore Loading Terminal.
High level Operations and Maintenance knowledge, practices and experiences are required in the more recent Oil and Gas Offshore equipment. Mechanical, Instrument and Electrical competencies are especially requested for the Maintenance of following equipment families: distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, instrumentation, metering, generators, electrical distribution, electrical motors, pumps, gas turbines, centrifugal and screw gas compressors, gas and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, vessels, piping, structure, HVAC, telecom, living quarters and offshore safety appliances.
Operation of the production facilities is excluded from the scope of works and remains under the responsibility of TEPNG.
Contracted Services are planned to start initially in Korea during the commissioning phase of the Usan FPSO, and then to continue during the tow to site, during the hookup period and after production start up offshore in Nigeria. An onshore support organization will also be required in Nigeria to cover these services.
The tentative schedule is as follow:
