Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil, Mr. Hayan Abdul-Ghani, received in his office, the Chairman of PetroChina in the Halfaya field, Mr. "Fang" Jiazhong, and the Chairman of PetroChina in the West Qurna field in Basra Governorate, Mr. "Chen Mingzhuo". During the meeting, they discussed the frameworks of bilateral cooperation in developing oil fields, adhering to timetables, in addition to employing national workers, and providing job opportunities for the people of the governorates.
